eBay Seller Account Registration for Licensed Vehicle Dealers
 

Please note that all applicants for this form must have a valid state issued vehicle dealer license. At this time, only US dealers are eligible for this program.

Steps to register as a dealer using this form:

  1. Create a regular eBay User ID for your business by clicking here.

  2. Fill out the dealership form below including your eBay User ID.

  3. Fax a copy of your dealer’s license to (866) 596-8354.

eBay will send you an automated e-mail acknowledging your application along with information on next steps. eBay Motors will verify your license information from the states within 5-10 business days.**

Monthly invoices will be delivered via email for all payment options to both the registered user and the billing contact. Detailed invoices will also be available in the Account section on My eBay. You will NOT be receiving paper invoices. 
Your account will initially be established with the manual payment option. You can make your payments with credit card, PayPal, bank account, check, or money order.* After your seller’s account is established, you will have the option to set up automatic payments through PayPal, Direct Pay (with a bank account), or credit card.
If you choose manual payments with credit card, PayPal, bank account, check, or money order, you will be responsible for making payments promptly. Failure to do so will result in account on hold or suspension. It can take 7-10 days to process your payment. Learn more.
